Fundraising Activities
The Society organizes different fundraising activities every
year, such as "Hike for Hospice", "Life Up
A Life" Christmas Concert and Flag Days, etc.Companies,
organisations and schools are also welcome to organise fundraising
events for us and help us to promote our guiding principle,
"add life to days when days cannot be added to life".
Hike for Hospice
"Hike for Hospice" has been organised since 1992 and it is the biggest annual fundraising activity of the Society.
Every year, our Hike Organising Committee selects a beautiful
yet challenging route for hikers. Each team of 4 to 6 hikers
is asked to raise a minimum target of HK$20,000, (HK$5,000 for each member) and $5,000 for the individual respectively.
Complimentary breakfast, traditional curry
lunch and return transportation services are provided to all
participants. All hikers will also receive a commemorative
T-shirt and a Certificate of Completion. Those fastest teams and individuals, and the top fundraiser will be awarded with prizes and souvenirs.
