Everyone deserves quality hospice and palliative care at the end stage of life, whether rich and poor. The Society for the Promotion of Hospice Care promotes such service for life-limiting patients, engages in life and death education and provides free bereavement support to the community. Your donation will help patients with financial difficulties receive day care, home care and inpatient service as they walk through this important journey.

Please transfer the donation to the Society for the Promotion of Hospice Care “FPS ID” : finance@hospicecare.org.hk
Please send us a screen capture of the related transaction history with your name, telephone no., address and donor ID(if applicable) to frp@hospicecare.org.hk for the donation receipt.
Online donation is fast, easy and convenient, and can help minimize our administrative work. With a simple click, you can donate instantly to make a lasting difference. Donor will receive a donation receipt email from us once your donation is received.
You can send your contributions by mail to the Society for the Promotion of Hospice Care, Attn: Finance Department, No. 18, A Kung Kok Shan Road, Shatin, Hong Kong. Please complete and mail in the Donation Form or simply send a cheque made payable to the Society for the Promotion of Hospice Care along with any acknowledgment information. For remembrance or memorial gifts, don’t forget to include the name of your loved one in the memo line.

Policy Donation Programme is jointly supported by The Life Underwriters Association of Hong Kong (LUA) and LUA Foundation. The concept of policy donation is very simple ─ Policyholders consider donating a certain percentage of the sum insured for the designated charities by making them policy beneficiaries. If you wish to join this meaningful donation programme, do consider choosing SPHC as your beneficiary.
If you wish to support us in a long run, you may choose the Society as one of the beneficiaries in your will.
