Advanced Practice Nurse (Part-time)

Major Responsibilities:

  • Accountable to Nurse Consultant
  • Working closely with the Education team head to lead the project in the management of:
    • Palliative Care Assistant Outreach Programe
    • On-site supervision of learners and their related works
  • Assist in development and implementation of training plan
  • Participate in the planning, coordination and implementation of new services suit the needs of service development of Jockey Club Home for the Hospice
  • Performing teaching and education-related activities / duties
  • Assisting in designing, implementing, evaluating and coordinating course / programs / curriculum
  • Engaging in teaching & clinical services
  • Supervise and assess students in clinical practicum & home setting
  • Teach Palliative Care Assistant program in laboratory setting

Entry Requirements:

  • Have a valid RN practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
  • Degree in Nursing and preferably with qualification in advanced nursing specialty in hospice/palliative care
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification clinical nursing experience with at least 3 years in hospice/palliative care services
  • Experience in end-of-life care
  • Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

 

Registered Nurse (Full-time)

Major responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver and evaluate the individualized care program to patients and families across in-patient;
  • To collaborate with other health care teams to promote high quality services;
  • Assist in the development of professional nursing standards, care protocol and clinical pathways;
  • Supervise daily works of Enrolled Nurse, Clinical Services Assistant, and Patient Care Assistant;
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Entry Requirements

  • Holder of valid Registered nurse practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
  • Ability to plan, implement, deliver and evaluate an individualized care plan to patients and their families
  • Relevant nursing experience in hospice / palliative care is preferable
  • Candidate with specialty training in palliative and hospice care is preferable
  • Competent in MS office
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Shift duty is required

 

Project Officer

Major Responsibilities:

  • Response to undertake the overall administration of the proposed project
  • Provide full spectrum of administrative duties and secretarial support
  • Prepare correspondences, meeting minutes and etc
  • Assist in procurement of goods and services
  • Maintain an up-to-date filing system
  • Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Entry Requirements:

  • University Degree or above with at least 2 years working experience
  • Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Organized, self-motivated and good team player
  • Good command in written and spoken English
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Office

 

Administrative Assistant

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative duties and secretarial support
  • Prepare correspondences, meeting minutes and etc
  • Assist in procurement of goods and services
  • Maintain an up-to-date filing system
  • Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Entry Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, self-motivated and good team player
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Office
