Part-Time Event Officer 

(3 month contract ; non renewable)
 
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Part-Time Event Officer to support our upcoming corporate, community and promotional events. The role involves on-site event execution, logistics coordination, guest liaison and ad-hoc event administrative duties. Ideal for candidates who are passionate about event management, flexible, and able to work under fast-paced event environments.
 
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in pre-event preparation, including logistics arrangement, material preparation, venue setup and checklist confirmation
  • Provide on-site event operation support, crowd management, guest registration and on-site enquiry handling
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venue staff and teammates to ensure smooth event workflow
  • Support event filming, photography coordination and simple on-site documentation
  • Handle ad-hoc event administrative tasks, data entry and post-event settlement
  • Respond to urgent on-site issues and provide immediate support during events
  • Ability to use AI tools and/or agentic AI is an advantage
 
Requirements
  • F.5 / Diploma / University student or above
  • Previous event experience is a plus, but not compulsory
  • Responsible, proactive, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible working hours, able to work on weekends / evenings / event days
  • Basic computer literacy (Word / Excel/ Canva)
  • Fluent in Cantonese; basic English and Mandarin is preferred

Fund Raising and  Communication Manager

Job Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related disciplines
  • Possess 4‑6 years of solid working experience in fundraising and corporate / public communications
  • Proven track record in developing fundraising campaigns, promotional materials and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing proposals, appeal content and press‑ready copy
  • Self‑motivated, creative and able to manage multiple fundraising and communication projects independently
  • Ability to use AI tools and/or agentic AI is an advantage
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute and evaluate fundraising campaigns and donation‑driven activities
  • Develop communication content for social media, newsletters, donor appeals and press releases
  • Maintain relationships with donors, corporate partners and stakeholders
  • Support brand promotion, event marketing and donor stewardship initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular progress reports
 
 

臨床社工 (紓緩治療及臨終關懷)

主要職務

  • 為紓緩治療個案作心理社會評估、臨床輔導及危機介入
  • 處理家庭溝通調解、情緒緩解及高壓臨床對談
  • 支援預設醫療指示、臨終倫理溝通及出院規劃
  • 聯繫社區資源,提供持續性喪親及家庭支援服務
  • 參與團隊個案會議及服務質素優化工作
  • 協助機構提供生死教育培訓工作,及為團隊推動社工服務和義工服務等訓練項目

入職條件

  • 持有社工學士/碩士,具香港註冊社工資格
  • 至少有5年或以上社工服務經驗
  • 具醫院、院舍、紓緩治療、腫瘤科經驗優先
  • 熟悉醫療及社福資源運用
  • 溝通能力佳、懂危機處理、需要跨專業部門合作

Visiting Medical Officer (Part-Time Resident Doctor)

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Visiting Medical Officers (Part-Time Resident Doctors) to join our team at Jockey Club Home For Hospice (JCHH). In this role, you will provide regular patient consultation and high-quality palliative care services to support patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families, delivering professional, respectful and heartfelt medical care in a hospice setting.

Position Details

Position Title: Visiting Medical Officer / Part-Time Resident Doctor

Work Location: Jockey Club Home For Hospice (JCHH)

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide ad-hoc medical consultations for in-house patients as required
  • Offer timely on-call medical support and respond to urgent patient needs
  • Deliver specialist palliative care services to relieve physical and emotional distress
  • Manage patient symptoms effectively to improve quality of life
  • Provide professional guidance and counselling on Advance Care Planning (ACP)
  • Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date medical records in line with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to deliver holistic patient care

Job Requirements

  • Must hold a valid medical registration in Hong Kong, in compliance with local medical regulatory requirements
  • Experience in palliative care, hospice care or related fields is highly preferable
  • Compassionate, patient-centred mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently and handle clinical emergencies calmly and professionally

Employment Terms

  • Service Commitment: Minimum 2 working hours per shift / section
  • Remuneration: Competitive compensation package, paid monthly or weekly as mutually agreed

Registered Nurse (In-patient & Home Care)

Duties (In-Patient): 

  • Plan, deliver and evaluate the individualized care program to patients and families across in-patient; 
  • To collaborate with other health care teams to promote high quality services; 
  • Assist in the development of professional nursing standards, care protocol and clinical pathways; 
  • Supervise daily works of Enrolled Nurse, Clinical Services Assistant, and Patient Care Assistant; 
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisors 

Duties (Home Care): 

  • Plan, deliver and evaluate the individualized care program to patients and families across in-patient and home setting; 
  • Able to perform nurse consultation and handle patient’s and family’s needs independently. 
  • To collaborate with other health care teams to promote high quality services; 
  • Assist in the development of professional nursing standards, care protocol and clinical pathways; 
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisors 

Entry Requirements: 

  • A valid Registered Nurse practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong 
  • Ability to plan, implement, deliver and evaluate an individualized care plan to patients and their families 
  • Relevant nursing experience in hospice / palliative care is preferable 
  • Candidate with specialty training in palliative care is preferable 
  • Competent in MS office 
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua 
  • Shift duty is required 

 

起居照顧員

職責: 

  • 協助護士執行護理計劃 
  • 依從護士指導為院友提供個人照顧、量度、記錄及報告血壓、脈搏、體溫、排泄情況和情緒變化 
  • 當有意外或緊急事故時,向當值護士報告 
  • 在護士督導下,使用簡單醫療儀器及消毒用具 
  • 負責其他由上級指派的工作 

 

入職要求 

  • 中三程、良好粵語、懂讀寫中文 
  • 持有認可起居照顧員證書 
  • 有護理員工作經驗優先 
  • 有責任感,願意關懷及照顧臨終病人 
  • 需輪班及值夜
